All considered models are equipped by a safety pillow. The pillow constantly is in "the guarded" condition and can work to (be inflated) at any moment at the connected battery. In order to avoid casual operation of a pillow (and receptions as a result of a trauma) each time at carrying out of any works with components of system of safety turn the ignition key in position LOCK and disconnect a negative wire from the battery. After a detachment of a wire from the battery before starting to work wait still at least two minutes (the system is equipped by the condenser to which time for a discharge is required). Forward cable

Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the autoradio tape recorder on your car is equipped by a security code before disconnecting from the battery a negative wire make sure available of your order of a code of connection of a radio tape recorder. Remove the floor console (the Head the Body). |
Release a lay brake. Loosen the nuts of fastening of back wheels, поддомкратьте a back of the car also establish it on props.
Remove an adjusting nut of a forward cable (see an illustration), then disconnect a forward cable from the balance weight.
Release a clamp of a forward cable, then take out an insert from the floor panel.

For a detachment of a forward cable from its arm compress a clamp (arrow) by means of small шлангового a collar of worm type.

For extraction of an insert of a cable from the floor panel release lock uvulas (arrows) by means of a screw-driver.

In car salon disunite electric sockets of the gauge-switch of a lay brake and the module of a pillow of safety (in a forward part of the module it is located two electric sockets).

For removal of the lever of a lay brake disunite an electric socket of the gauge-switch of a lay brake (the central arrow) and give bolts of fastening of the lever (the left and right arrows).
|
Give fixing bolts and remove the module of a pillow of safety, having shifted it aside for providing of access to the lever of a lay brake.
|
|
For removal of the module of a pillow of safety give four fixing bolts (arrow), lift the module upwards and disunite two its electric sockets (the second in a picture is not visible).

Give bolts of fastening of the lever of a lay brake, remove assemblage of the lever and turn it upside down for providing of access to приводному to a cable.
Disconnect a cable of a lay brake from the lever and stretch it through the floor panel.
Remove an insert of the panel of a floor from an old cable and put on it the new.
Installation make upside-down.
On termination of works do not forget to make cable adjustment (Section Adjustment of a lay brake).

Back cable

On models with drum-type back brake mechanisms remove back wheels. Поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props.
Disconnect a cable from the balance weight and liberate it from an arm at once behind the balance weight (see an illustration).
Liberate a cable from clips on elements of a body and the car chassis.
On models with drum-type back brake mechanisms remove brake drums, remove a back boot of the brake mechanism (Section Replacement of boots of drum-type brake mechanisms) and disconnect from it a cable. Compress a cable clamp шланговым a collar of worm type and remove it, having passed through a board of the brake mechanism.
On models with disk back brakes disconnect an ear a loop from the executive lever, then compress a clamp of fastening of a cable in an arm on a support.
Installation make upside-down.
On termination of works do not forget to make cable adjustment (Section Adjustment of a lay brake).
