Functioning check, removal and installation of the vacuum amplifier of brakes

Functioning check

    Some times squeeze out a brake pedal at the switched off engine and make sure of absence of a difference in size of reverse motion of a pedal at everyone to rolling. Squeeze out a pedal and start the engine. If thus the pedal fails a little more, the amplifier functions normally.

Tightness check

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Start the engine, after pair minutes switch off it. Some times slowly squeeze out a brake pedal. If the pedal fails with each pressing ever less, amplifier hermetic sealing in norm. Squeeze out a pedal at the working engine, then muffle it without releasing a pedal. If changes in size of reverse motion of a pedal after its keeping squeezed out within 30 seconds will not occur, amplifier hermetic sealing in norm.

Removal

    Disunite an electric socket of the gauge of a course of a brake pedal.
    On models 1993 and 1994 вып. Disunite an electric socket of the gauge of a course of a pedal of a brake.
    Отболтите the main brake cylinder from the block of the vacuum amplifier of brakes (Has undressed Removal and installation of the combined valve (a regulator)) and cautiously delay the cylinder forward. Disconnect from the vacuum amplifier a vacuum hose of the inlet pipeline. By means of a small lamp find back (turned to a pedal) the end of a pusher of the amplifier. The given end of a pusher fastens to the top part of a pedal of a brake by means of a small finger. Remove a fixing clip (models 1993 вып.) or a lock ring with the flat and goffered washers (models since 1994 вып.) also take a finger from a pusher. Disunite an electric socket of the switch of stoplights. Give four fixing nuts and remove the amplifier from a partition of an impellent compartment. Nuts are under the panel of devices and for simplification of performance of a problem it is necessary to take advantage of a small lamp (see an illustration). Take away the amplifier from a partition so that hairpins completely left fixing apertures, then take the amplifier together with arms and linings from an impellent compartment.

Installation

Installation make upside-down. Nuts of fastening of the amplifier tighten with demanded effort.
