Adjustment of a lay brake

    Make sure that drums (or disks) brake mechanisms of back wheels rotate freely, without закусываний, then completely cock the lever of a lay brake.     Release the lever of a lay brake and make sure that back wheels of the car rotate freely. Clean jacks and lower the car. Check up functioning of brakes on a bias.
