Major repairs

Turn out the gate of prorolling of a support, then remove and throw out plugs of fixing pins. Remember that rubber components are not subject to the repeated use.

Grasp edges of plugs under installation of fixing pins by nippers and, making vrashchatelno-progress by a hand, take them from support eyes.

Wash out the remained components in патентованном a cleaner or a pure brake liquid, then dry their compressed air.

Installation

At assemblage grease a mirror of a nest and a cuff of the piston with a pure brake liquid. Establish a cuff in a flute in a nest.
Grease the piston with a pure brake liquid, then fill it perpendicularly and knock down against the stop in a nest bottom.

At installation of the piston a support before утапливать it in a nest make sure that it is not warped.

Fill new duster in a flute on the piston, then accurately plant it in a nest.
|
|
If there is no possibility of application of the special tool for landing dusterа in a support nest, it is possible accurately обстучать it on all perimetre выколоткой.

Screw the prorolling gate.
Establish internal and external plugs of pins of fastening of a support
Check up fixing pins on presence of signs of excessive corrosion, in case of need make replacement.
Clear and grease plugs of fixing pins of a support (illustrations "see Take plugs of both fixing pins..." And "Establish plugs into place").
Establish a support.
Connect a brake hose and tighten a hollow bolt of its fastening to a support, having laid new copper washers. Tighten a bolt with demanded effort.
If the brake line undocked, do not forget to pump over a brake (Section Prorolling of brake system).
Establish wheels and lower the car on the earth. Tighten nuts of fastening of wheels with demanded effort.
On termination of work some times strongly squeeze out a pedal of a brake for усадки колодок on a disk.
Before starting car operation check up serviceability of functioning of brakes.
