Removal, major repairs and installation of a support of the disk brake mechanism

The dust developed by brake mechanisms in the course of their work can contain unhealthy asbestos. At all do not blow off a dust from surfaces of components of brake mechanisms the compressed air and do not inhale it. Works is better to make in a protective respiratory mask. At all do not use for cleaning of components of brake mechanisms solvents on an oil basis or gasolines - use only патентованными means for cleaning of brakes!

If there is a necessity for carrying out of major repairs of a support (usually in a consequence of presence of leaks of a liquid), before starting to work study all possible variants of its performance.     At assemblage grease a mirror of a nest and a cuff of the piston with a pure brake liquid. Establish a cuff in a flute in a nest. Grease the piston with a pure brake liquid, then fill it perpendicularly and knock down against the stop in a nest bottom.
    At installation of the piston a support before утапливать it in a nest make sure that it is not warped.
    Fill new duster in a flute on the piston, then accurately plant it in a nest.
    If there is no possibility of application of the special tool for landing dusterа in a support nest, it is possible accurately обстучать it on all perimetre выколоткой.
    Screw the prorolling gate.
