For performance of the given procedure the press or the big vice are required. It will be reasonable to send a shaft in a workshop where карданный the hinge can be replaced for rather small payment. |

By means of small flat-nose pliers remove with крестовины lock rings.

Supporting карданный a shaft, place it or in шпиндельный a press, or in a vice established on a strong workbench.
Rest thus against a cover of one of bearings a piece of a pipe or the big replaceable face head of the same internal diameter, as a cover. From an opposite side establish a head of diameter slightly smaller than a cover. For cover replacement compress a vice or a press (the cover will drop out in a head большего diameter. Stop to compress a vice (press) directly ahead of that as a cover definitively leaves the holder крестовины. For definitive extraction of a cover take advantage of the big pincers.

Establish lock rings. If at installation of rings there will be difficulties, rigidly knock with a hammer on the holder крестовины on a shaft. Thus ears of the holder will slightly be compressed, having provided possibility of landing of rings in the flutes.

If the lock ring does not sit down in the flute, обстучите the holder крестовины a hammer is will weaken internal pressure and slightly will compress ears of the holder (the same procedure should be made if after assemblage rotates too hardly).

Establish the lubricant union and fill the hinge greasing. Do not enter into the hinge too much greasing as it is fraught to expression of cuffs.
Establish into place карданный a shaft. Tighten фланцевые bolts with demanded effort.
