System of operated ventilation картера (PCV)

Models with engines in volume of 4.0 l are equipped by system of continuous (uncontrollable) ventilation картера (CCV). The given system functions in the same way as well as usual operated (PCV), however the management valve is not included in its structure. Instead the formed vacuum tube is connected to depression of the inlet pipeline on a cover of a head of cylinders in turned to salon of the car of the party of the engine.

In a tube the calibrated jet of the fixed size is built in. The jet serves for definition of quantity deduced of the engine картерных gases. The hose of giving of fresh air from an air cleaner is connected to a forward part of a head of cylinders on a cover of a head of cylinders. At work of the engine air is forced in the engine where mixes up with картерными evaporations. At the expense of depression of the inlet pipeline the mix of air and картерных evaporations is pumped over through the calibrated jet and deduced in the pipeline, whence gets to combustion chambers where it is destroyed.

The system of operated ventilation картера (PCV) allows to lower issue in atmosphere of hydrocarbonic connections at the expense of destruction картерных evaporations. It is made by realisation of circulation of fresh air from an air cleaner through картер the engine where it (air) mixes up with картерными gases and through the management valve (PCV) is deduced in the inlet pipeline.

The basic components of system PCV are the valve managements (valve PCV), the filter картерных gases and the vacuum hoses serving for connection of given components with the engine.

For maintenance of quality of turns of idling valve PCV locks a conclusion of gases from картера at deep depression in the pipeline. At occurrence of infringements in engine functioning (for example occurrence of problems with piston rings) a system design allows to carry out the conclusion картерных gases on a ventilating tube in an air cleaner, whence a mix gets to chambers of combustion and is destroyed in the course of normal work of the engine.
