Uncover heads of cylinders (Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).
Since a forward part of a head of cylinders, ослабьте in pairs fastening bolts коромысел.

In pairs ослабьте bolts коромысел all inlet and final valves on 1/4 turns.
|
Remove коромысла, bridge скобы and spherical support коромысел, combine each of components in the separate capacity specially marked in relation to the valve together with the bolts. Roadways скобы can be established at assemblage in any position.

Remove bars of pushers and combine them separately that at assemblage there was a guarantee of their installation on the former places.

For the ordered storage of bars of pushers it is the most convenient to make a special template of a cardboard box.

Condition check
|
|
Check up each of коромысел on presence of signs of deterioration, cracks and other damages, special attention giving to the working surfaces contacting to bars of pushers and cores of valves. Examine saddles of spherical support in each of коромысел and surfaces of support. In case of detection протертостей, cracks resulting to fatigue deformation, traces of non-uniform deterioration or damages replace коромысла together with support.
Make sure of passableness маслоподающих apertures in end faces of bars of pushers and коромыслах.
Check up end faces of bars of pushers on presence of cracks and traces of excessive deterioration. Take for a drive each of bars on a flat surface (a large splinter of a windowpane) for revealing of signs of a bend.

Installation

Grease the bottom end faces of each of bars of pushers with pure impellent oil or assembly impellent greasing and establish bars on the former places. Make sure that bars "have completely sat down" in nests of the pushers.
Result the piston of the first cylinder in position ВМТ of a step of compression (Has undressed Reduction in position ВМТ of a step of compression of the piston of the first cylinder).
Before establishing on places коромысла grease end faces of cores of valves and the top end faces of bars of pushers with pure impellent oil or assembly impellent greasing.
In order to avoid damage of contact surfaces during the first start of the engine till the moment of lifting of oil pressure grease spherical support коромысел with pure impellent oil or assembly impellent greasing. Establish коромысла, their spherical support, bridge скобы and bolts on the former places. Tighten bolts with demanded effort.
Establish into place a cover of a head of cylinders (Has undressed Removal and installation of a cover of a head of cylinders).
Start the engine, listen to the unusual sounds published клапанным by the mechanism and check up a joint of a cover of a head of cylinders with a head on presence of traces of leaks of oil.
