Give two bolts of fastening of the oil pump to the engine block.

Uncover and measure width of the flattened out pieces of a wire on a scale on set packing. Scale indications correspond to backlash size between the surfaces which have flattened out a wire. In this case the backlash should not exceed admissible values under Specifications for corresponding backlashes of the oil pump.

Installation
|
|
In case of revealing of defects replace the pump. In the absence of confidence of definition of a condition of its pump also it is necessary to replace. It is not necessary to do attempts of restoration of the old pump.
Establish the pump with a new lining, having turned a shaft so that the gear wheel uvula has entered into gearing with шлицом at the bottom end face of a drive of the distributor. The pump should be put into place without effort. In case of resistance occurrence take the pump and correct uvula position, having arranged it according to position шлица a distributor drive.
Establish fixing bolts. Tighten bolts with demanded effort.
Establish into place the pallet картера (Has undressed Removal and pallet installation картера).
Add oils, start the engine and check up it on leaks.
