Six-cylinder engines are equipped by system of continuous ventilation картера (CCV) which carries out the same functions that system PCV, however, instead of the management valve in a cover of a head of cylinders is established the rubber loose leaf-union with the calibrated aperture in it. The loose leaf is connected by a plastic hose to the inlet pipeline.

At the engine working on single turns disconnect hose CCV from the rubber plug through passage.
Put a finger to a hose aperture. If depression is not felt, check up passableness of a hose, port of the inlet pipeline or the loose leaf. In case of need replace defective hoses.
If depression on the hose end is not felt, switch off the engine, take the loose leaf-union and wash out a hose solvent. Треснутые or damaged as a result of ageing of a material a hose and the loose leaf replace.

For procleaning of the calibrated aperture of the loose leaf of system CCV it is possible to take advantage of a paper clip.

Establish the loose leaf and a hose into place, strongly having connected them to a cover of a head of cylinders.
