Assembly order of the engine after end of its major repairs
Before the beginning of assemblage of the engine make sure available all necessary details, linings, epiploons, and also following tools and materials:
Usual set of the metalwork tool
Face key with drives on 1/2 and 3/8 of inch (9,5 and 13 mm)
The tool for removal/installation of piston rings
The tool for compression of piston rings
The tool for installation демпфера крутильных fluctuations
Short pieces of rubber or polyethylene hoses for putting on on bolts of fastening of covers шатунных bearings for the purpose of protection against damages of mirrors of cylinders and necks of a cranked shaft
Set for measurement of backlashes in bearings by means of the calibrated plastic wire (Plastigage)

Fresh impellent oil

For the purpose of economy of time and reduction of arising problems engine assemblage should be made in a following order:
New bearings of a camshaft (are established in a car-care centre workshop)
Piston rings
Cranked shaft and radical bearings
Shatunno-piston assemblages
The oil pump
Camshaft and hydraulic pushers

Head of cylinders
Distributive chain with asterisks
