Removal and installation of final collectors
Removal

Before starting procedure performance allow to the engine to cool down completely. |
|
|
Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
Disconnect wires from spark plugs and remove candles (the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
Give fixing nuts and remove thermofilters of final collectors.

Remove a thermofilter of a final collector.
|
Disconnect tube EGR from the inlet pipeline.
Against the stop cock a lay brake and block (wedges) back wheels. Поддомкратьте redock of the car also establish it on props.
Disconnect a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases from a final branch pipe of a final collector.

On a collector established from the passenger party of the car give bolts of fastening of tube EGR and lift the receiver.

Give two bolts (arrow) of fastening of tube EGR to the final collector established from the passenger party of the engine.

First of all ослабьте external fixture, then central also separate a collector from a head. The part of fixture of final collectors represents hairpins, therefore preliminary take care of marks of an arrangement of fixture that at hairpin assemblage could be established in a correct order. Besides, pay attention that long remote washers are put on the hairpins used for fastening of thermofilters (between hairpins and screens), keep washers and note places of their installation.

Note positions of hairpins and remote washers, then remove a collector.

|
Installation
|
|
Installation make upside-down. Smooth out interfaced surfaces of a collector and a head. Remove all traces of a material of an old lining and corrosion from a flange of tube EGR and a surface of the collector established from the passenger party of the engine interfaced to it. Necessarily replace a lining between a flange of a tube and a collector.
Establish fixture and tighten it with demanded effort. Move from the collector centre outside, achieving demanded effort of a tightening in three stages.
Carving of bolts of fastening to a collector of a reception pipe of system of release of the fulfilled gases grease with preliminary antitaking hermetic, then strongly tighten them.
