The description of a principle of action and diagnostics of the electric drive of lowering-podnimanija of glasses

The electric drive of lowering-podnimanija of glasses is provided by the electromotors fixed in the doorway of the car. The system consists of switches of management, motors (regulators), mechanisms of lowering-podnimanija of glasses and connecting wires. At inclusion of ignition a food moves through a safety lock № 13 in capacity centre value of distribution (РDС) on the chain breaker in the assembly block of safety locks, and then the plug 5 main switches.

Lowering-podnimanie of glasses can be carried out by the driver by switching of the main switch of management, and also individually each of passengers by means of separate switches on each of doors. Glass of each of lateral doors of the car is equipped separate, реверсного type by the motor. Position of the switch of management defines polarity of connection of the motor allowing to make accordingly lowering, or поднимание glasses. Some systems are equipped by the relays operating giving of a current to motors.

Each of motors is equipped by the separate breaker of a chain in addition to a safety lock and the breaker of a chain of protection of all contour. Such design allows to provide normal functioning of other glasses in case of failure of a drive of one of them.

Functioning of the electric drive of lowering-podnimanija of glasses probably only at the included ignition. Besides, by means of the blocking switch as a part of the main switch of a drive it is possible to deactivate switches of passenger doors. It is necessary to remember existence of such possibilities at diagnostics of malfunctions of a drive of glasses.

The given procedures have the very general character, therefore if their carrying out does not allow to reveal a cause of a failure, it is necessary to drive away the car in dealer branch of the company for carrying out of full diagnostics of system.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    If the drive of lowering-podnimanija of glasses does not function at all, check up a condition of a safety lock and the chain breaker. If there is a drive refusal only glasses of back doors, or drive inclusion appears possible only from the main switch, check up position of the blocking switch. If it appears is constantly short-circuited on blocking, replace it. Check up presence of conductivity of electroconducting between switches and the panel of safety locks. In case of need make replacements. If refusal of functioning of the main switch of a drive takes place has flown down only one of doors, try to start it from the switch on a door.

It does not concern glass of a driver's door.

    If glass functions from one switch and does not react to switching of the second, check up conductivity of the switch. If the switch is perfectly in order, check up conducting between it and the motor of a drive of the given glass on short circuit presence. If glass does not react to switchings of both switches, remove the panel of an upholstery of a door and measure pressure on the motor at various positions of switches. If a food on the motor moves, disconnect glass from a regulator (the Head the Body). Move glass upwards-downwards manually, trying to reveal signs of jamming or mechanical damages. Also check up on presence of signs of jamming and damage a regulator. If the regulator is perfectly in order, and glass moves to doors smoothly, replace the motor. In case of revealing of jammings make corresponding mechanical repair, grease or replace defective components. If a food on the motor does not move, check up a conducting continuity between switches and the motor. For adequate carrying out of the given check take advantage of the electric scheme. After carrying out of corresponding necessary repair again check up functioning of the electric drive of lowering-podnimanija of glasses.
