Removal and installation of rotary fists

Procedure is applicable as all-wheel drive models, and to models 2WD. At work on model 2WD simply lower the moments concerning only to components of all-wheel drive cars.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Loosen the nuts of fastening of a wheel, поддомкратьте the car also establish it on props. Remove a wheel. Disconnect from a rotary fist steering draught (Has undressed Removal and installation of the steering mechanism). Remove a support and a disk of the brake mechanism (the Head Brake system). Remove a nave of the forward bridge and подшипниковую assemblage, then remove a power shaft (the Head Coupling and трансмиссионная a line). Disunite an electric socket of gauge ABS of a wheel and remove the gauge.
    Disunite an electric socket of gauge ABS of a wheel, give a fixing bolt (arrow) and remove the gauge.
    Take шплинты and ослабьте - but do not remove - корончатые a nut of hairpins of spherical support. For removal of a fist from hairpins of spherical support knock on it from above with a hammer or take advantage of a small stripper.
    If обстукивание to the top part of a rotary fist does not help its removal from a hairpin any of spherical support, take advantage of a small stripper (in a picture the stripper is established on a hairpin of the top hinge; removal of a fist from a hairpin of the bottom support is made similarly).
    Carefully check up a fist on presence of cracks, special attention giving to the steering lever and a site of landing of a spindle. Check up apertures under fingers of spherical support on ovality presence. In case of revealing of any of the listed defects replace a fist.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Establish a rotary fist on a forked beam of the bridge and insert into apertures in it hairpins of spherical support. Screw nuts and tighten them with demanded effort. Block nuts шплинтами. Establish into place a power shaft (the Head Coupling and трансмиссионная a line). Establish assemblage of a nave with the bearing (the Head Coupling and трансмиссионная a line). Establish a disk and a support of the brake mechanism (the Head Brake system). Connect steering bent for to a rotary fist (Has undressed Removal and installation of the steering mechanism). Establish a wheel and nuts of its fastening. Lower the car on the earth and tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel with demanded effort (the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).
