Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Cock a lay brake. Поддомкратьте redock of the car also establish it on props. н Give nuts of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer to connecting links (racks). Pay attention 10 times of installation on racks of the top and bottom plates and plugs through passage. In case of need replacements of racks simply отболтите them from bridge arms.
    For a detachment of a bar of the stabilizer from the bridge give the top nut of a rack (the top arrow); if the rack is not subject to replacement, necessity in отдавании its bottom fixture (a bolt with a nut) (the bottom arrow) is absent.
    The scheme of installation of plates and plugs of racks of the stabilizer of cross-section stability through passage (it should be observed at assemblage).
    Give fixing bolts of collars of plugs of the stabilizer and remove a bar of the stabilizer from the car.
    For a detachment of a bar of the stabilizer from a frame give bolts of collars of plugs (arrow); check up a condition of rubber plugs, in case of need replace them.
    Remove plugs from the ends of a bar of the stabilizer and examine them on presence of cracks, hardening and other signs of ageing of a material. Replace the damaged plugs. Check up also a condition of plugs in the bottom knots of connecting links (racks) of the stabilizer, in case of need replace plugs.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Put on plugs a stabilizer bar. Pull collars on plugs and lift a stabilizer bar in adjusting position. Screw bolts of arms, but do not tighten them while definitively. Establish nuts of fastening of a bar of the stabilizer to racks with their washers, remote plugs and rubber plugs, tighten nuts with demanded effort. Tighten with demanded effort bolts of arms.
