Take care of that the steering shaft was not turned at the removed steering mechanism as it can lead to damage of a pillow of safety. Holding the steering mechanism, give bolts of its fastening. Lower the block, disconnecting an intermediate shaft from a primary shaft of the steering mechanism. Remove the steering mechanism from the car.

The steering mechanism fastens to a longeron of a frame by means of three bolts (arrow).

Installation
|
|
Lift the steering mechanism in adjusting position and connect an intermediate shaft, having tracked correctness of combination of labels.
Establish fixing bolts with washers. Tighten bolts with demanded effort.
Put on a shaft сошку. Make sure of correctness of combination of labels. Establish a washer with a nut and tighten last with demanded effort.
Establish the bottom coupling bolt of an intermediate shaft and tighten it with demanded effort.
Connect to картеру the steering mechanism hoses/tubes of hydraulic lines and add in the tank of system of hydrostrengthening necessary quantity of a liquid of a demanded grade (Specifications to the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance see).
Lower the car and pump over steering system (Section Prorolling of system of hydrostrengthening of a wheel).
