 PERFORMANCE ORDER

For a detachment of a TV-cable from draught throttle заслонки on transmissions 42RН and 46RН shift forward this tip (a cable will turn, the flute on its wall, usually turned to the throttle case therefore is visible; the flute enters gearing with a pin on the lever throttle заслонки).

Establish a cable arm on картер and strongly tighten a fixing bolt. Establish into place the pallet картера transmissions (the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance).

Remove a cable from a hairpin on the lever throttle заслонки on transmission.

Disconnect a cable from an arm on transmission.

Establish in an arm a new cable. Fix a cable on a hairpin on the lever throttle заслонки.

Clean jacks and lower the car on the earth. Fix in an arm on the engine and on draught throttle заслонки a new cable (the Head of the Power supply system and release of the fulfilled gases). Establish into place an air cleaner (the Head of the Power supply system and release of the fulfilled gases). Fill transmission by a liquid of a demanded grade (the Head of Adjustment and routine maintenance). Make cable adjustment.

Translate transmission in position Р and make sure that the ignition key will turn in position OFF. Squeeze out the button of clearing of a cable.

Remove an air cleaner (the Head of the Power supply system and release of the fulfilled gases). Make sure that the lever on the throttle case is in position of pure idling (заслонка it is closed) and that the lever throttle заслонки on transmission also is in idling position (will shift forward against the stop). Unhook a cable from a fixing hairpin on the lever on the throttle case (illustrations "Components of assemblage of a cable throttle заслонки see..." And "For a TV-cable detachment..."). Check up correctness of position of a tip of a cable on a fixing hairpin of the lever of the case of a throttle:
The tip of a cable and fixing hairpin should be combined (отцентрованы the friend in relation to the friend) within 1.0 mm in both directions. If infringement of such centering takes place, it is necessary to make cable adjustment.
Connect a cable tip to a hairpin. By means of the assistant estimate a coordination of movings of levers заслонке on transmission and the throttle case.
If both levers движутся synchronously, passing from single position in position half-opened заслонки, adjustment is not broken. If the transmission lever advances the lever of a throttle or lags behind it, the cable should be adjusted. Disconnect a tip of a cable from a fixing hairpin of the lever throttle заслонки on the throttle case (illustrations "Components of assemblage of a cable throttle заслонки see..." Then make sure that the lever заслонки on the throttle case is in position of pure idling (completely closed заслонка). Wring out the button of a clamp and release a cable.
